PRODUCTS WARRANTY & EASY RETURNS
In case there are any problems the customer should contact Tuscany Leather and provide pictures of the problem to: firstname.lastname@example.org This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, or the normal breakdown of colours and materials. Luggage damage incurred during airline handling is not covered by this warranty, and claims in such cases should be made directly with the airline. Tuscany Leather reserves the right to charge the customer any costs incurred for product verification and shipment of the same if it is undamaged and functioning, that is, it is missing the alleged lack of conformity.
Images and colours of the products displayed on the site may not fully correspond to real colours due to the kind of browser or computer monitor used.
CAMSTWO1 guarantees a full refund with the exception of import duties and local taxes. You can return a product to CAMSTWO1 within 30 days of receiving your order. The refund will be issued within 10 days upon receiving the returned product. You cannot return:
- personalised products
- products purchased for professional and/or commercial use
Products returned with damaged or without warranty seal, used or incomplete will not be refunded. Customers should give written notice of their wish to cancel the purchase via email at email@example.com
Tuscany Leather reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorised and to return them to sender.
If an unauthorised return is accepted, CAMSTWO1 will deduct up to 20% administrative/re-stocking fee or the refund will be issued in the form of store credit.
In case of free return, CAMSTWO1 will provide prepaid label. If a different label is used, the shipping cost of the return will not be reimbursed. For each order we provide a prepaid label only.
For all other cases, the return shall be paid by the customer who is fully responsible. For this reason CAMSTWO1 suggests to use a tracked shipping system.
